Jarell Greer, NexxT Gen Pastor

Jarell Greer is a passionate pursuer of the heart of Christ who isn’t afraid to think outside the box to reach souls. Originally from Richmond, CA, he survived difficult early years before finding the Lord as a teenager when his life was forever transformed. He got his start in ministry as a Christian hip hop artist, and eventually began serving as a youth minister at churches such as Emmanuel Temple and Tree of Life. Professionally he’s also worked as a youth counselor at group homes including Larkin Street Youth Services and GRIP Shelter. Jarell completed a Certificate in Biblical Studies from Liberty University in spring of 2020 and was ordained Pastor of Youth & Young Adults at Destiny Christian Fellowship where he currently serves. In 2017 he married his wife Alicia who serves alongside him, and the two have one son, Zion.

Konstance Kirkendoll, Middle School Director

Konstance Kirkendoll, a middle school Language Arts teacher, has attended Destiny Christian Fellowship since mid-2016. With a heart to serve, she began volunteering with Pastor Jarell, in 2019, to introduce Jesus to middle and high school students and help them follow Him. The lessons are engaging, meet students where they are developmentally, and aim to foster deeper connections with the Bible and each other. Additionally, she has two children of her own, a kindergartener and an eighth-grader, which contributes to her ability to work with children inside and out of the classroom. In January 2022, after years of determination, she finished her coursework at the University of Phoenix and will receive her BSLS and her teaching credential in March.
